Horsham Town

Horsham Market

Horsham has been an important market town since medieval times, and today it's a lively mix of ancient and modern with a heart of half-timbered Medieval and Tudor buildings providing a picturesque setting for specialist markets, great shopping and lively cafés, bars and restaurants.

Explore Horsham Museum in the historic, tree-lined Causeway, one of the prettiest streets in Sussex, then head into the modern town centre and the pedestrian-friendly, award-winning Carfax with its local shops, pavement cafés and Victorian bandstand. Swan Walk shopping centre offers favourite High Street names whilst specialist shops and markets provide antiques, arts and crafts and local produce for all tastes and ages. And don't forget to visit us in September to enjoy a fantastic range of local and award winning refreshments at the annual Horsham District Food and Drink Festival to indulge your culinary senses.

All this as well as a beautiful landscaped park,  swimming pool and leisure centre , theatre and special events throughout the year.
