The Hill Road Studios offer a choice of convenience. The private on site parking makes for an easy arrival and the studios are detached, spacious and completely self contained. They are gated, giving a real sense of security and freedom.
The studios offer the facility of a short working visit and are capable of being used for a holiday break. The convenience of being a 12 minute walk from the Town Centre blends beautifully with the stunning views of the Sussex Weald and the South Downs.
We created the idea of this serviced accommodation from the experience of Paul who spent many years on the road as a contracting engineer. Paul realised that many people were like him, wanting home comfort without being in someone else's space.
This has been achieved at Hill Road Studios, Paul and Kathy have 10 years experience of providing this service, and the studios have been recently refurbished to reflect what we learnt we could do better.
We have installed digital freeview modern TV's with digital radio and built in DVD. The studios have Wi Fi.
The en suite facilities are complete and compact offering maximum living space
There is a mini kitchen allowing the convenience and economy of cooking an evening meal.
Late arrival is acceptable as we live on the property.

Follow A27 Brighton, Falmer, Lewes. At roundabout, follow signs left to Lewes town.
Approximately 1 mile, first set of traffic light turn left (A275 to Haywards Heath). Pass Victoria Hospital on left. Take the 1st right into Prince Edward road, then the 3rd left into De Warenne road. Turn left into King Henry's road. Hill Road is at the end. Number 13 is three quarters of the way up the hill.

• The Garden Studio is very light and airy. Modern and efficient. Warm and beautiful. There are two permanent single beds, a quality folding bed can be added easily and the space is big enough to take two cots in addition to the three beds. This studio is also suitable for a long stay. En suite with cooking facilities. Dining table. Private outside space with views.
