If you prefer to spectate rather than participate then Enjoy Sussex is also home to the All England Show Jumping Course at Hickstead, where both The Longines Royal International Horse Show and The British Jumping Derby Meeting are held, attracting the best riders from around the world.

If you prefer the excitment of a race and an occasional flutter  then the regular meetings at Plumpton Racecourse near Lewes, could be for you! Leave the car behind and catch a train to Plumpton station to have a thoroughly enjoyable day out!
