Travelling to Enjoy Sussex

Enjoy Sussex is easy to reach from most parts of the United Kingdom; and with just an hours travel time from London and good road and rail links - getting to central Sussex couldn't be easier!

By Train:

Regular Southern and First Capital Connect services services operate from London Victoria & London Bridge stations to most Enjoy Sussex destinations with direct and connecting services for London Gatwick and Luton airports, Brighton, Eastbourne and Newhaven Port.

Regular rail services to St Pancras International operate from Haywards Heath & Burgess Hill stations providing direct connections to the Eurostar high speed service to Paris, Lille and Brussels.

By Sea:

Transmanche Ferries operate daily services between Newhaven Port and Dieppe - connecting the closest ports between London and Paris. (Crossing time 4 hours). Newhaven Town station is just a short walk with regular train services to Brighton, Lewes and London Victoria. (Approximate journey time Newhaven to London is 90minutes via Lewes)

20 Visitor berths are available at Newhaven Marina for the independent sea traveller.

The Channel Tunnel and ports of Dover, Folkestone, Portsmouth and Southampton are between one and two hours away by motorway.

By Air:

Enjoy Sussex benefits from direct road and rail services connecting all destinations to London Gatwick & Shoreham (Brighton City) Airports. 

By Car:

With easy access from the M25 London orbital motorway the A24, M23, A23 and A22 routes will bring you to the heart of Sussex from the North, with the A27 running between Worthing, Brighton & Eastbourne giving excellent links from the east and west. A good network of local roads makes travelling around Sussex easy.
