Enjoy Sussex Photography Competition 2009

Calling all Photographers ...

Keen photographers are being invited to take part in an exciting new competition to help promote Sussex as a tourist destination and encourage new visitors to the area.

The Enjoy Sussex Photography Competition 2009 invites images taken within the Lewes District, Mid Sussex, Horsham and Wealden Districts to be submitted.

Photographs of landscapes, coastal shots, colourful local scenes and people enjoying great days out are some ideas to capture the unique character of Sussex.

A main prize of £250 in photography vouchers will be awarded to the successful contributor. The closing date for entries is 12 noon on 31st July 2009.

All successful photographers will receive accreditation in tourism marketing materials produced by the Enjoy Sussex Partnership, including the Enjoy Sussex Visitor Guide 2010 and www.enjoysussex.info  

The winning image selected for the 2008 Enjoy Sussex Photography Competition, featuring the Cuckmere Valley by Stewart Angell, currently appears on the cover of the 2009 Enjoy Sussex visitor guide.
