Whether it is a catch up with friends on the terrace when the sun is shining, Sunday lunch, a romantic dinner, business lunch to impress, wedding or special celebration or event, Jeremy's Restaurant at Borde Hill is the perfect venue. Located within the 200 year old Borde Hill Estate on the outskirts of Haywards Heath, The restaurant's modern European cuisine, matched by a beautiful location, has attracted a loyal following of customers who have come to love chef proprietor Jeremy Ashpool and his wife, Vera's unique and personal style. Ingredients are of the highest quality and sourced as locally as possible. Herbs, lavender and wild garlic are grown and picked in the garden and the Ashpools are particularly proud of their relationship with many of the local independent producers. Local trade make dishes include slow belly of free-range pork with bubble and squeak, Pan-Fried Squid with a Ragout of Chickpea, Chorizo and Red Peppers, served along side home-made walnut bread which is made daily on the promises. With its light and airy restaurant space and magnificent outside terracing within the Victorian walled garden Jeremy's is an ideal place to meet a friend for a meal or a drink.
